Indi­vid­ual ther­a­py makes up the bulk of my prac­tice.  I enjoy the process of help­ing peo­ple know them­selves more ful­ly… of help­ing peo­ple take steps toward the lives they want to cre­ate, empow­er­ing them to know what that means and how to make it hap­pen… and of help­ing peo­ple gain insights into stop­ping or reduc­ing what gets in the way of that goal.
